We’ve had this Breville Bambino for about 8 months now and started having issues with the steam wand in the past couple months or so. The wand doesn’t have enough pressure and it is hard to get milk properly steamed, so it always just ends up runny. It wasn’t always like this so it’s a more recent problem that has developed. I’ve attached a video. Here are the things we’ve tried so far:

- descaling
- using cleaner tool provided with machine
- cleaning machine parts

Let me know if you need any more details. We’re pretty new to home espresso-brewing so any tips are appreciated!
