No experience, but I have a BA and TEFL. Is a Tier 2 city realistic for a first-timer? Currently getting Tier 3 offers for 20k–25k RMB, but the work-life balance seems poor (long hours, low PTO). I'm hoping to move this year—should I settle for Tier 3 or keep looking? Any recruiter leads would be amazing
