Is that concerning? Does not hurt or itch, a little bit higher then the skin around it. Not so smooth as Silk, has a really slightly rough (almost none) coarse texture. Could it be dry skin? Never used lotion before. And i am a sun nono guy…not into sunbathing at all. Thanks in advance
