Just got fired (CAN)
I (14M) been working at McDonald’s for a little over a month (I was accepted to employment about 2 months ago, but the training happened 1 month ago).
Today my manager called me into her office and told my I failed my probation period and that based on what her and the other managers have analyzed, I wouldnt be a good fit for the job. I tried to ask her if there was a specific reason, but she said it wasn’t because of anything I did and she wasn’t legally required/allowed to tell me.
So that’s that I guess… I’m so upset bruh

I am 14, which means I cannot make food/drinks. All my shifts have been in dining room (mopping, wiping tables, garbage)
ive never come late/not showed up for a shift.
today, the scheduling manager came in and saw me taking out the trash. He told me I wasn’t allowed to go outside because of my age and I can only TIE the garbage bags/replace them, but not take them outside. Maybe that’s why idk
