Grocery shopping 🫩

Anyone else find grocery shopping to be the worst thing ever. I literally DREAD it every week, and it’s like pulling teeth to get myself to even make a damn LIST. lately i’ve been scheduling my groceries for pickup or delivery, which delivery is so expensive😩but i don’t trust people to shop for my produce. A shopping experience for me is always feeling like im in the way, awkward interactions, it’s COLD always cold or it’s too hot cuz im wearing too many layers, the bright lights, the prices!!! the prices and the various different choices you have to choose between. omg i fucking hate it

Vaginal suppositories advice

I have yeast, and BV to get rid of with a very bad overall microbiome. I plan to treat the yeast first and then after that I want to start using vaginal probiotic suppositories stacked with oral. How often should I use a suppository? i’m getting the Life-Space Probiotic which can be inserted vaginally or taken orally, was also going to buy lactoferrin. Any advice, or recommendations for my healing journey would be so appreciated :)

Advice with Juno Bio results :(

So I went to the doctors to test for Clue cells (BV), Yeast, Trich, Mycoplasma, and a standard full STI panel. My tests only came back positive for Mycoplasma Genitalium which i’ve never had before. I then ordered myself a Juno Bio test expedited and sent a sample prior to starting antibiotics (doxy 7 days then azithro 4 days). Still finishing my antibiotic course and my results come back from Juno- 100% Candida Albican and negative for Mycoplasma Genitalium. I’m soooo confused? which test do I trust? Other disruptive bacterium detected was Ureaplasma 2.35%, Ureaplasma parvum 1.69%, Campylobacter ureolyticus 0.33%, Prevotella bivia 6.57%, Gardnerella vaginalis 4.79%, Gardnerella 2.92%, Strep and strep A both 0.30%, Finegoldia magna 0.29%, Aerococcus christensenii 0.16%.

I have one more day of azithro and made the dumb decision to have sex with my partner yesterday with a condom (he is also on antibiotics moxifloxacin 7 days) but after sex i’ve realized my symptoms are still present; itching, pelvic ache, urinary urgency.

What do I need to do? what are my next steps? I have another Juno Bio to be ordered in the next 3 months on auto. But i’m guessing I need to treat the candida… is the Ureaplasma a significant percentage?
