M30 191 pounds 5”11 First NPC show nervous…

TLDR: no coach and it all has been a rough year and a half transformation from being 140 pounds to now 191. Don’t really know my bodyfat %. I feel extremely nervous and the show is may 16th any advice would be great from veterans.

I’ll be in true novice classic physique. I’ll be in the John Simmons show here in Detroit also.
