I'm sorry if I don't have anything interesting for Luffy's Birthday, I kinda forgot that May 5th (Children's Day) was basically his birthday. I sadly don't have any fanart, nor something cool or anything inbetween. This will probably look lazy since I made this so that I don't just leave emptyhanded.
