Hello everyone! This pimple looking thing appeared on my leg (the side of my knee/thigh area) about two years ago and has not gone away. It doesn’t hurt at all, but it’s hard to the touch. I’m planning on going to a dermatologist soon but I would like to know if I should be worried. Thank you very much :)
