I booked a apartment in upcoming Shobha project 1 bedroom flat with Shobha directly in their Dubai office and possession in 2030 but now with the situation going on I want to cancel and get the refund back. If I've not signed the SPA, can I get my refund back? Developer not ready to refund, is there something I can do? Pls help. I'm not local there and this is my 1st investment in Dubai. They are sending my SPA daily to sign, and it mention clauses as well if I don't sign SPA within 60 days then there is a penalty. Please help if there is any way I can back out or any past experience/ guidance
