I recently saw a homeoffice memo to our store about not adjusting our times to avoid violations, but my teamleads and coach have specifically told me and my team that it is fine and had some of us adjust times on previous days as well when we got one.

I work in OPD so our dispensers and pickers specifically do end up getting more violations than the rest of the store, is there different rules for OPD since the job is a lot more time sensitive or is my management just skirting the rule entirely?
