this card is currently a BGS 9 and I'm curious if anyone thinks this could cross grade (or crack and send) to a PSA 10? The card is otherwise perfect to my eye.

Value is about $900 as-is, and the last few sales in PSA 10 are around $18,000.

Hi everyone,

I'm originally from the US and have been living in Copenhagen for about five years. I completed an MSc in Social Data Science from the University of Copenhagen last year, and I also have a BA in Economics.

I'm currently trying to break into a data-related role in Copenhagen, and I've realized that not having a student job during my master's has put me at a serious disadvantage for entry-level positions here. To strengthen my profile, I'm working on personal projects and building out my portfolio.

My thesis primarily focused on network science, but my broader interests are in machine learning and NLP, which I've also worked with during my studies.

Long-term I'd love to work in data science, but I'm aware that's not be the most realistic entry point without work experience, so I'm looking for analyst or more generalist data roles as a stepping stone. I just don't have a great sense of what this path typically looks like in Denmark.

If you work in data science, analytics, data engineering, ML, NLP, or a related field, I’d love to hear your thoughts:

  • What do employers actually want to see from junior candidates?
  • What kinds of projects stand out?
  • What does the day-to-day work actually look like in your role?
  • What would you recommend as a realistic entry point for someone with my background?

I have a solid technical foundation, but I’m trying to better understand how to translate that into something employers in Denmark are looking for.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
