Hey everyone,

I’m currently 15w and trying to keep active, mostly with home workouts.

I’ve been doing some “Grow with Jo” Tabata-style sessions because they feel more fun compared to regular HIIT. I noticed some of them still burn around ~245 kcal per session, so I’m a bit unsure if that’s considered too intense for pregnancy or still within a safe/moderate range.

Has anyone here done these kinds of workouts during pregnancy? Did you continue as normal, modify further, or switch to something gentler?

I’ll definitely check with my doctor too—just looking for real experiences from others who’ve been in the same situation.
