Hello,

OGIO Backpack buyer from Germany here.

Everything was fine with my Renegade Pro for 2 years but then the fixation band for the bottle holder broke.

I thought okay no problem "lifetime warranty" etc.

So i wrote an email to OGIO and in the response they basically said:

That's not our problem you have to get in touch with the Reseller (Amazon).

Then did that.

We'll Amazon said nope the Manufacturer is responsible for a warranty claim.

So wrote OGIO again. And well they just started ignoring me and didn't answer and i wrote 5 more emails.

This is really horrible customer support and i feel this company is a big fraud

Very sad because i only heard good things about OGIO but i guess those times are gone.
