I didn't get around to repasting this, and currently, it easily overheats/throttles. Default fan curve pretty much turns the fans into delta fans (in terms of both noise and hazard level) when overheating (the fans are still very dangerous even under normal operation).

I already know repasting this specific GPU model will make a huge difference, since I sold another one of these (but repasted) to a friend a while ago, and it ran decently cool after the repaste.

Graphics Cards

$210: PowerColor RX 6700 XT Red Devil. Comes with original box. GPU has been repasted recently (in terms of usage amount/heat cycles). It doesn't throttle, but the hotspot temperature delta is still huge. This GPU requires frequent repasting (at least 2 times a year) or PTM.

$150: ASUS RTX 3060 Ti Dual Mini V2. Comes with original box. Although the GPU has been repasted recently (in terms of usage amount/heat cycles), it still throttles a bit at the default power limit. It probably requires PTM to tame the thermals. The fans on this GPU are not the original fans and consume more amps, so I had to disconnect the lighting strip on the shroud to allow them to spin up. I didn't do a perfect job at reinstalling the new fans' cables, so there's a slightly annoying noise when they spin. I'll also ship the original fans on the side, but they're clearly going to dry out soon.

$80: XFX RX 5600 XT Raw II. Comes with original box. GPU has not been repasted, but from previous stress tests, it seems like there is no need for a repaste. Sold to u/A2CKilla for $80 shipped (5/8/2026).
