Literally in the past 24 hours, there have been 5-6 posts that are a combination of “AI for your customer support teams” and “what things are important in customer support.”

This could be a valuable community for CS professionals that, instead, is becoming a spam-filled, AI-slop post shit show with a few insightful CS career/best practices discussions in between.

In this subreddit’s community info page, I’m not seeing a moderator listed. Anyone know who the moderator might be, and if they’re still around?
