First couple weeks were honestly rough low mood, no motivation, felt kind of empty. I have ADHD too so it hit pretty hard.
Around week 3 it slowly started getting better. Not perfect, but more stable. Less cravings, clearer head.
Now at 2 months I feel a lot more in control and don’t miss it the same way.
If you’re in the early days, just hang in. It really does get easier.
