I keep seeing posts from people who got into big winners early and held through huge gains. It made me wonder how much of that is actually skill versus just being in the right place at the right time. It’s easy to connect the dots after the fact, but much harder to tell in real time. For those who consistently seem to catch these moves early, what does your process actually look like? Are you focusing on certain sectors, fundamentals, or just taking a lot of shots? Genuinely trying to figure out if this is something you can systematically improve, or if a big part of it just comes down to luck.
