Well gents, the horror stories have happened to me now. I’m in the middle of a high conflict divide. Ex and I were meeting at a hardware store for child exchange. Poor kiddos have been having a tough time, they were crying so I was just talking to them getting them out of the car. Ex wanted them dropped off at 730, I didn’t respond because I was dealing with the kids. She said she’s calling the police my son started crying harder “no mommy I don’t want daddy to get arrested!” Ex responded oh he’s not going to get arrested. Son then said “it seems like you hate daddy” I just calmly talked to him and the other two and said “hey bud things are tense the cops will just make sure everyone’s safe no big deal and we will be on our way. The date was 05/0626, I had had my kids alone out to eat literally the night prior just doing dad things.

WELLL; the female officer came back, I was chilling with the dude just talking not thinking anything it was chill. The female officer comes back and says “what happened April 13?” I said we got in an argument about her cheating again. The female officer then asked if I knew of any bruise in her arm and if I attacked her. I was like “I know nothing about that I didn’t touch her.”

One 28 day mandatory arrest law later, the cops were like hey man you’ve been really cool we don’t wanna do this in front of your kids just walk back to the squad with us. I complied, I look up and my ex and all three kids are walking across the parking lot crying.

SO: now I have a family case a criminal case where everything but a disorderly conduct from the alleged event on April 13, which was actually April 7 I checked records. A sweet new DV TRO so I can’t be in my home or even have my dog. And court for that on Monday 😀.

Love this for me, I literally didn’t do anything which is why everything but the disorderly is currently dropped so we shall see. Never a dull monument around here

Hey there! So I’m not sure burner phone is the right word I’m not doing or wanting to do anything with the phone that’s illegal. I have an open legal case right now and do a lot of networking for business- I have my main phone. Through ATT, but if I want to give my number out for work or other social activities right now- I don’t want to have the number on my “burner” or anything else coming back to me if someone has the number in that line. For now it’s just discretion until my legal stuff is closed out which hopefully should be in a month or two. Is there a way to have a smart phone or more modern device with a number seoerste if my ATT one that can’t be traced back to me if someone searches off the phone number if I give it out?

Kinda a weird situation but like I said, I’d rather be discrete until things close up here. Again I’m not doing or wanting anything to do with illegal activity. I just want to make calls and texts and stuff with a number that if searched won’t tie back to my name or other PII.
