M27 | 5’11 Diet reveal to maintain my physique.

Hi, Guys! Since medyo madami likes and views nung dalawa kong post dito. Share ko na rin mga kinakain to maintain and improve my physique.

Currently, I’m living in China now for 7 months. So, dito talaga mas naimprove katawan ko in terms of diet and physical activity.

Food here is hella a cheap, like the large eggs cost only 4-5 pesos per piece and other stuff. Kaya feels like heaven talaga here haha. Tas ez 15k steps kasi puro lakad lang dito, work, bahay, gym.

For my diet:

Breakfast - 5 eggs + 1 slice of cheese, ketchup, mayo and 2 bananas. (600 cals)

Lunch - eto main source ng protein ko which is from chinese turo turo. (Check photo) , di kapanipaniwala but this plate only cost 115 pesos. It contains 2 large chicken legs, brocollis, soft tofu, 300g rice (unli rice pa), Duck breast. (Around 900-1000 cals) I eat this combo every single day! Haha.

Dinner - same lang ng lunch but for the past 2 months I switch it to overnight oats cuz I’m trying cut down.
So my oats contains 100g rolled oats, greek yogurt, 2x banana, 1 scoop of whey, and berries. (Around 700 cals)

A total of 2000-2300 cals.

My maintenance is 2800cals so I’m less 500 cals.

Currently I’m already down 5 kgs. From 73kg now 68kg. My target is around 65kg.

So ayun, paulit ulit lang kinakain ko. Pero nakain pa din labas with friends as long as pasok pa din sa target calorie in take.
