I gave my tcs berribot interview and after 3 days hr called and said i cleared that and scheduled virtual round next day. in virtual round tr and mr happened for one hour. after two days i called hr and she said that i cleared the interview and will schedule mr round. i tried to explain her that mr is completed but she said they are taking 2 tr rounds now and will schedule mr. No reply from her after that. Did anyone face this kind of issue? What happens next?

Hi all, I got BGV documents submission and verification mail from capgemini. I cleared the first round at a walkin 20 days ago. HR contacted after 3 days and said only 30 percent hike is available and i agreed to that. She also said if i accept she will conduct 2nd round. No second round conducted till now and i got this mail. will there be a second round? will HR increase my ctc more than 30 percent like Accenture ? as the starting salary of the role i applied is half what i am being offered.

I recently attended Capgemini walk-in drive and cleared the first round. after 2 days HR called me and she said she would conduct the second round only if i accept 30 percent hike so i said yes. its been 10 days , HR didn't schedule any interview and not responding to mails and calls. Did anyone face this kind of situation? if yes can you please share your experience and next steps.
