Is this PD? Red bumps developing a 10-14 days after a slight burn by differin.

I recently used a stronger percentage of adapalene (.1 to .3) and burned my skin. it was initially dry and photosensitive but looked normal. I then began to develop a few deep, cystic type pimples on the high points of my cheeks which has never happened to me before. Then two days ago these small red raised bumps appeared all over my cheeks nose and eyebrows. they don’t appear to be coming to a head, and my skin is not dry itchy or flaking. My twin sister mentioned developing some PD on her face in response to stress and some vitamin deficiencies so right now that’s my only idea of what this could be.
obviously a dermatologist is the person I should ask but they are booked out for months for my area and tbh i am broke.
i am using only my ceramedx face wash and moisturizer which are very gentle. even my purito unscented cica serum is making my skin sting :(
