Hey everyone! I fear I may be searching for a unicorn but hoping maybe some of you might be able to help.
I’m looking for a very rich everyday moisturizer that works well under light makeup. I love a heavy feel and don’t mind it feeling heavy all day. I generally prefer fragrance free but don’t mind a light fragrance (Dior skincare type fragrance is way too much).
I’ve tried Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream and really liked it but it wasn’t moisturizing enough for me. I felt like my skin kind of ate it up by the end of the day. I’ve also tried Crème de la Mer but honestly didn’t like it that much. The texture is great but I felt like it just sat on top of my skin and didn’t really moisturize.
I use Dieux Instant Angel at night over hydrating serums and like it a lot but not thick/heavy feeling enough for me.
I use a lot of actives in my serums so don’t need them in a moisturizer.
So friends any recommendations or am I chasing something that doesn’t exist?
