Hi, I'm a struggling college student with no job during the semester, so I wasn't able to pay my phone bill for a few months. That itself wasn't an issue because I have wifi across the entire campus.

However, when I DID renew and buy one of the plans, it didn't work, and customer service told me I needed to replace my SIM. Well, I replaced it, bought the Bronze plan, and my data still won't work after restarting my phone about 5 times yesterday and today.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A15 that's been working mostly fine aside from this problem, I bought it around 2 years ago and it hasn't given me any problems otherwise.

Does anyone have any advice? Should I just continue to hound customer service until they fix something? I really need my data working in a month so I can work my summer job. Any help is appreciated!
