Welcome screen loop
I was recently given a camera just cause (it isnt anything super nice, not what I would have gotten someone for something (long story thats useless so ill skip it) but it doesn't have a brand name otherwise I would put it)
So I was finally able to get it all set up, it is a beginner friendly camera (thats me, im the beginner) so most of the settings were pre set, but it has an app and I had to set that up if I wanted to get photos off it and onto my phone, but while doing that I found out it links the video feed too, so I messed around with that first, but then one of the 2 other people, it was me with the physical camera, my brother with my phone, and a friend next to my brother, who clicked something on my phone, then my brother said it was just black and when I got it back it had turned from the video feed to files that was constantly loading with the camera turned off (i did not turn the camera off, none of my fingers were on the top of the camera where the power button is) and now it won't get off the welcome screen, it just repeats it, I can't turn it off now either, I had to remove the battery for it to turn off. As I said earlier it dosent really have a name (at least not from what the box says, nothing like Sony or Paramount where its branded on both the camera and the box) is there any way to fix this? I've had the battery removed since it happened just in case that helps, but does anyone know how I can fix this?
