I’m at a stage where I keep wondering whether I should build muscle mass or lose weight to get more defined.
People recommend body recomposition, but from what I’ve seen on YouTube and other channels on Reddit, doing a bulk phase followed by a cut phase can also be effective.
What would you recommend?
