I just got dinged for an incident where I failed to deliver to front door and got a 1*. They didn't take away the tip.

Relatively small order 3/3 pickup order way out in the country. Notes explicitly says black gate deliver to front door. I go through one open gate, then there is another gate and it is closed. Gate completely blocks driveway. I could have walked 200 ft to the front door but that would have been on grass, etc. I chose to leave order at 2nd gate. I did not try to call or text.

Do you do it differently?
