I’ve been having some issues with a mesh I recently made in blender and exported with PiNifly. I basically took the Vanilla Redoran 3Way mesh and put the stairs in it since I didn’t need that gigantic room for a transition. It uses the vanilla texture as well.

The issue I’m having is the hole in the floor is blue-ish when I test the esp in game. I can go into that blue-ish void/sky box and after a few steps everything pops in. I’m not entirely sure how to fix that?

I’m new to modding meshes for Skyrim so I’m sure it’s an easy fix, or at least I’m hoping it is. All the tutorials I find deal with armor or static clutter and I’m having a hard time finding what I need to do. Sitting through a dozen videos to not get the answer to my issue or knowing that little tip they just shared was actually relevant is just making this more frustrating.

I do have this issue with another mod I have. It’s a mod that makes the Thieves Guild in the Ratway look nicer. Basically the same issues with it, when going through a custom area there’s a void and then when you are far enough in all of the meshes pop into existence. There are other people on the mods page saying they have this issue but the mod author hasn’t said anything beyond make sure you have the updated patch they made. Which for it did fix it but obviously that doesn’t help me with my mesh.

Any ideas what could be causing this for me? I checked the collision and at first I thought that was the issue but that is working. I can’t go through the walls or floor, except where the cutout is for the stairwell.

I disabled a lot of mods as well and still can’t get this to change. SSEEdit doesn’t show any conflicts.
