Today we said goodbye to Cujo. My beloved protector till he got to know someone, best and most loyal dog. He was mine and my husband baby boy.

He got to see us thru so many moves and apartments, the goofy moments, the proud moments and the sad moments.

Rip my sweet prince and say hello to your GMA and jump on her lap. You will be missed and never forgotten. Sweet angel taken too soon 15 years old we had you 13 wish we had more time but I know you are at peace and not in pain anymore. Love you forever. A piece of me left with you today. 😭🌈😔

Had my knee replacement on the 20th for tkr of right knee and my home PT therapist has been great and patient and not giving me more than I can handle and told me to scale back when I tried to do more than I could. However I hate with a passion the heel slide with pressure at the top of the knee/leg. I do them and hate him with each one.

What is the exercise that you look least forward to or looked least forward to? I am going up my stairs now almost 2 weeks post surgery so what he had been giving me is good. 44/f/ Texas
