I am using the v60 filter that comes with my Hario Switch I have seen people brewing with zp6 with settings like 4-5.5 but I can't do under 6 I don't do swirling, Temp around 92-93, Light-med roast coffee, Pouring 6-9g/s, Even setting 6 with 15g 1:15 the drawdown exceeds 3 minutes Can someone give me an insight? Thank you

Growing up, I always hated my dad ,He was too busy with his job and was always coming home late ,Mom always narrates stories about how bad my dad is and it makes us hate him even more.

When I go back home after I graduate from uni, I started working with my dad and living with my dysfunctional family

I realized all this time that my mom is full of delusions and makes a lot of crazy accusations towards my dad and most of them are not true at all. All those things she said about my dad are just plain bullshitery and she believes everything so religiously. She even told all their friends, including my dad’s friend, about these made-up stories she believes, which is crazy.

Why the world is not fair to my dad All he did was work so hard so we all could live comfortably and he did. He works so hard on a stressful job, While mom gets a ton of monthly allowance and the only thing she does is play Facebook, doomscrolling all day long while preparing to harass my dad once he gets home

Dad said to me that it was hell living with her but he can't do anything, Mom is literally a professional at dodging accountability, and only wants to listen to what she wants to hear

What can I do as the son?
