
Brand New Motorola AC Not Working Since Installation – No Proper Resolution from Flipkart/Jeeves
I ordered a Motorola 2 Ton AC from Flipkart on 9 May 2026. The AC was delivered on 10 May and installed on 11 May. However, immediately after installation, the AC did not start even once.
The technician checked the AC, opened the indoor unit, checked wiring/connections, and later informed me that there may be an issue with the indoor unit of the brand-new AC itself.
I raised a complaint and return request on the same day. A technician visit was scheduled for 12 May, but nobody came. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no response.
Since then, I have been continuously following up with Flipkart customer care, Motorola support, and Jeeves. Every time I receive generic replies like “we are working on it,” but no actual technician visit, replacement, or proper resolution has happened till now.
I have also filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline portal, where the complaint is currently marked “in process.”
The worst part is that the AC was installed at my coaching centre in Delhi where I teach students from Class 1st to 10th, and due to the extreme heat, classes are becoming very uncomfortable.
I trusted Flipkart and the Motorola brand while purchasing this product, but this experience has become extremely stressful and disappointing.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Flipkart/Jeeves/Motorola AC support? What should be the next practical step from here?
