I have made a Music game and i want to make a Map Editor to make me easier to make a lot of the Map, but idk should the Editor made In the Game Project or outside the Game Project.

I have checked a lot of information and even ask the ChatGPT/Gemini, but i don't even sure which way is good.
with this is my first time to doing like that thing.
