I don't know whether this is the same for anyone else, but I feel like characters just ain't able to be mean anymore. For bots, I usually just do this one character, just different versions. The character is a mean person and unempathetic but every time the bot decides to do the opposite and acts nice. It's super out of character and annoying. It feels like every bot has the same personality now.
