Elite players

For everyone that’ve played hs ball and my elite players do yall actually get up to 1000+ a week? Or atleast when you actively played. (As I’ve noticed the sub is filled with more amateurs learning or just getting into the game, no offense intended)

I usually get up to, when I go to the gym 100-500 shots up mostly when I have a partner ,my brother or friend and we take turns shooting 50 shots 10 reps. I’ve noticed my form coming together more and more and consistent but I now more often don’t have a partner and it’s been a bit more difficult to get as much shots at most I get 100-300 shots up. My form breaks down a lot quicker since I’m getting a lot more fatigue faster getting my own rebound and don’t have to rest after 50 shots. I stop earlier as I notice I can get sloppy at times alone and am not getting quality reps/shots in. What do you yall do?

D1 player

Just played some guy who was ex-D1 player and when I say I see the levels and gap. I’m a decent shooter and player, but playing the d1 player I noticed he barely ever missed and every move was simple but effective. The noticeable difference was his shooting and ease/simplicitt to score and get in position to. Yall ever played someone levels above you that gave you perspective.

Pickup

Im decent and usually use pick up as a means to work on things and get better, ive notice that ive been getting double teamed. So I usually pass the ball as i dont want to be the guy who’s forcing even when doubled but i see no point in playing if im constantly having to pass. What do yall recommend?
