I just got the 1 Gig wifi plan and am trying to sign up for Peacock Premium through the “activate” link. When I do this, it says we already have an Xfinity account linked to Peacock. We do not have any active subscriptions through this email or the other 7 emails I tried (including a brand new one created just to try to solve this issue). It seems the issue is related to our Xfinity Comcast emails being linked to Peacock already and so Peacock won’t activate the offer.
Please help. I’ve spent 45 minutes on phone with Xfinity rep who doesn’t know what to do. Peacock said this is an Xfinity issue and they have no secure way to know that I’m a 1 Gig customer.
