Brand new Tecovas Johnny’s. The left boot is fine, but the right on the inside heel area there is a flap that lifts and rubs my heel which is really uncomfortable.

It looks like there is some extra fabric that wasn’t sewed all the way down. Could I potentially fix this by applying some glue to hold it down? Possibly cut off the extra fabric? Or should I just return them and see if a different pair fixes it.
