Need someone to take over my lease. Lease ends April of next year.
Hello everyone! I’m in need of someone to take over the remainder of my lease here in Chicago. The studio apartment is located at 640 W Sheridan and is a little over 500 square feet. I pay 1500 a month in rent. Utilities and internet are not included. Willing to prorate some of the rent off as I need to move out of the city as soon as June 15th. I’ll be able to share pictures of the apartment over private message. There’s no in unit washer or dryer, but it’s in the building via an app. There’s AC unit is a window AC unit. I’m looking to get rid of most of my furniture, so it’d most likely be unfurnished. If you’d like to tour the complex before I’d also be open to that. I’ve attached the video they provided to me when I was initially touring.
