46 M been on 10 mg for 5/6 weeks. The differences I notice are subtle . I’d like to go up but worried about side effects of the sexual nature. I’d like it to be life changing in respect to depression & particularly anxiety. I have Buspar and Wellbutrin on hand. Any thoughts from anyone most welcome !
