I recently EAS’d from the Marine Corps after serving 4 years in November 2025. Near the end of my service, I got NJP’d for a PAC complaint. As a result, I received an Honorable Discharge but an RE-4 reenlistment code. The charges were bullying and harassment but I felt the investigation was not fair and was conducted as if I was guilty before being proven innocent instead of vice versa. How can I get this code lifted if I want to go to the National Guard or Army/Army Reserve?
