Got a Samsung Galaxy S22. Worked fine for the first 4 days in Japan but suddenly stopped working and can't connect to 4G or anything.

Yes she has enough data in the plan as she got 20GB.

I have tried everything including turning the phone on and off, turning eSim off and on, manually selecting network but nothing.

Any ideas?

It was chaotic. The theatre square area is weirdly accurate. I loved every second of it. Just didn't get into any random fights.
