Tried on my iPhone 27 Pro Max. Tried both safari and chrome browsers. Airalo website does not let me select a phone from the list. Can’t proceed further. What a waste of time. Doesn’t give me confidence that this crap will work when I travel
I'm traveling in 3 days and wanted to install (and not active yet obviously). When I click on 'start installation', it brings up a windows "Activate your eSIM - iPhone will share your EID with the carrier or provider to activate your eSIM. iPhone may temporarily connect to a network to do this".
What is this 'activation' before the travel? Is it to temporarily activate for the sake of installation? I'm finding this step confusing.
For completeness, please advise what steps to take once I land.
Bought an eSIM for broader apac region and it’s not working. It’s been fine in other countries until now. Is this an issue with Taipei specifically?
I tried restarting my phone, turning roaming and other settings on and off, etc. Nothing is working.
