Just the other day I bought Carbonara Buldak noodles for the first time as I was randomly on a trip along with my mother to a place that has an actual supermarket. I'd never tried Buldak noodles before but had heard they can be good. So I snatched a bag of fives as I was intrigued and just...very heckin' curious.

I brought them home and forgot about them for a couple days, then opened the pack and realized these heckin' chonkers are absolute units as far as noodle bricks I've had before go. I was so happy. I proceeded to boil two packs because starvation isn't my thing unless I forget to eat accidentally (which does happen; but we don't judge).

After boiling I removed most of the hot water, added in both carbonara packets and one of what someone online referred to as 'the devil's piss', so i'm calling it that. Entire packet btw. and stirred it with a fork like the noodles were gatekeeping a special interest.

Absolute burning heaven. This feels so good. It's so hot and spicy and my burny sensors love it.

I'd tried hot food before, I'm generally an enjoyer of jalapenos and go for the spicy cajun sub (it's beans and rice and spicy stuff wrapped in a tortilla bread) when I'm in the same area code as a Serrano, so this made me so happy. I can order more of this awesome stuff in the future and experience burny flavorful nirvana at home and I just wanted to share that with y'all.

Do you partake in the Buldak noodlery? What's your favourite? Do you add milk or cream to the carbonara ones to improve the thicc-icity of the sauce? Spill the beans (seriously don't spill beans, we eat those).
