Hi everyone- I’m just shy of 6 weeks PO. Recovery is going great, despite the obvious nerve pain, occasional stiffness - and ofc my sleeping schedule still being off.

Whenever I go to put lotion on my surgical side, I feel like there’s a thin band under there right above the knee cap, almost rubber band like if that makes sense? Has anyone else experienced this or similar? To me it feels like running a thin rubber band between your fingers. Idk but that’s how I can sum it up. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣. Just looking for feed back to make sure I’m not over thinking things. To note- it does not hurt at all. Maybe it’s just everything starting to heal? Idk.

I meet with my surgeon next week for follow up and updated x-ray readings. Looking forward to comparison from pre/post! My knee was trash before hand. PT resumes again for me as well.
