Outside metal box
All the comcast cables that service my home are exposed to the elements due to the missing housing box which a neighbor spotted. The box is attached to the side of my house. I need for it to be replaced. The top is missing but the bottom, attached to the house, is still there. What steps do I need to take in order to resolve this issue? Thank you.
