First time kombucha makers, this is our second ferment after adding strawberries, lemon, turbinado sugar, and lemon balm to the large batch. We added blueberries, elderberry syrup, orange juice and zest, and turbinado sugar to the smaller bottles. It looks like mini scobys are in the small bottles and the crushed fruits in the large bottle are a solid mass now, is this normal?
