Hello, I’ve been in [US] and I’ve been with Revolut since they arrived in the US and recently I just lost the purple metal card. It was one of my favorite cards and the design on it was I took from Internet and apparently it is offensive. The way that my card looks it doesn’t look offensive. So I contacted them to explain my situation and I submitted it twice. They both got rejected and then they told me to cancel it and then I realized that I had to be charging $50 for the metal card even though I reported my card missing so I’m obligated to get a free one and plus I’m currently waiting for a paycheck for work so I’m unable to pay that $50. I’m a bit disappointed because I saw the idea of the card online and I wanted to be on my card. It got rejected twice so they’re gonna send me a card with no design. That made me upset a little bit. It took me a couple of minutes to make that.
