Hi, I’m having an odd problem
So, I have my laptop set up so when I open a game, it switches to my Dedicated GPU. Fine, this all works fine.
Except recently its started doing this weird thing when it treats switching GPU like projecting to an external display, and it makes my games run laggy.
I literally only have one display (my laptop screen) and it never did this before, is there some weird setting somewhere causing this?
I have a Nvidia Geforce RTX 5080
Like, I have to press CTRL P and select PC screen only, it will be set to Second Screen Only and when I switch it takes a couple seconds and makes a connection sound. Its not the end of the world, but it is kinda weird and annoying. All my googling takes me to posts where the user actually has a second screen.
