anyone else had this issue? everytime it freezes i have to force shut down using power button.

I placed a order on tiktok last week. the order was due to be delivered between 4th and the 13th April. it has been Sat at a delivery depot for 2 days and now I've got a notification saying delivery failed and it's being returned to sender. has this happened to anyone else?
