Hi everyone, I’m a 29-year-old guy. I’ve been heavily into sports and fitness my entire life. Throughout my life, I've had a few long-term relationships, and I have absolutely never had any complaints about my sex life. On the contrary, I always felt like I had high testosterone levels and a high libido.

About a year and a half ago, I broke up with my long-term girlfriend and went through a long dry spell, not having any sex at all. A few weeks ago, I met a gorgeous girl with an amazing model-like body. We got intimate, started kissing, and my erection was rock solid.

Everything seemed normal at first, but when she got on top, I started feeling like something was off. I pulled out and saw that my penis had gone completely soft. I panicked and felt extremely ashamed. We switched back to the missionary position, my erection came back, and I managed to finish. However, after sex, I didn't feel like myself and felt a bit embarrassed since this has never happened to me before. Even the next morning, I didn't have my usual morning wood.

Could I really have aged that fast, or could this be psychological? Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to prevent this from happening again and ensure a strong erection? Should I consider taking any supplements or doing specific exercises? A healthy sex life is really important to me.
