I need one more 4090 before starting my Blackwell cluster and Ive had almost zero interaction. Or they dont exist out side of the insane ebay prices.
Not sure what to do, but 5k is way too high when blackwell is almost 1k less.

I'm in the market for a new laptop. I use a lot of local AI from inference to Cursor and I'm even planning on a fun little assistant in the next couple of weeks. Is there any use case for the NPU over the other CPUs when I have 150gb of VRAM on my AI server?
The laptop will mostly stay at the office but be in use for one thing or another 70% of the time. I just dont know if I need to spend the extra money on an NPU for what I'm using the laptop for. Ill go with a 5090 gpu and 64gb of ddr5 regardless as I expect to keep the laptop for the next 5 years (business expense and depreciation).
Open to all opinions.
I printed off this low poly skull with dual color silk PLA with my Bambulab H2S. I used the default settings for generic pla silk. I believe the temp was 225 but cannot remember for certain.
The print was pretty good until it got to the top. I dont know what you'd call this defect but I'd like to know what caused it and what I can do to prevent it from happening in the future.
