It is a good idea to have CAPABLE people on your team. Digital marketers, online sales organizations and lead generators are worthless team mates when there is an issue. Ever see people ship their car CARRIERS ONLY- NO BROKERS! MIGHT save them $100 - $200 maybe, if a carrier treats them fair. If you are unfamiliar with the process, or this industry, PLEASE, enlist a REPUTABLE PROFESSIONAL to walk with you end to end. If not my company- no problem. Just ask, I will give you a handful of other names. It’s a bad idea to go it alone.
